Trim Dies
Pederson Tool builds trim dies ranging from simple single cavity push through to multi-cavity double compound and anything in between. We also build “press friendly” dies that include easy removable/replacement punches accompanied with no-go gauges to prevent mis-loading.

CNC
Our CNC department is equipped with up to date software and extensive knowledge that allows them to produce just about anything we ask of them.

Design
Our designers use AutoCAD 2007 to create both 2d & 3d tooling prints. They are capable of working with iges, step, dwg and dxf files to name a few. With over 20 years of combined experience, they will make sure that your tool gets off to the right start.

Wire EDM
Our wire department compliments both our design and CNC departments nicely. With a creative imagination, our wire guy can do anything.
